Pioneers in Spain in the characterization and control of the vineyard through drones, it helps us to have a global and detailed vision of the different terroirs, vegetative periods, etc. to transfer them to our cellar. It is the perfect tool to understand the DNA “PAGO” of our property.
Thanks to the data collected by our drones, we carry out exhaustive analysis of foliar nitrogen and hydric stress that allow us to make fertilizer and irrigation recommendations right to the needs of each ground. In addition, we can determine which areas are in danger of harboring pests or diseases due to their low photosynthetic activity, as well as make pruning recommendations combining the information of the vegetative indexes detected and the foliar volume of the crop in question.
Modern handmade winemaking
The philosophy in the winery is similar to the one applied in the vineyard, respecting to the maximum the differential characteristics of each variety in the different terroirs of the property, supported by the most diverse classic and modern winemaking and aging techniques.
We move from the most traditional to the most modern oenological practices.
Crashing the grapes, cryomacerations, thermovinifications, fermentation in closed barrels, in open barrels, in open baths with foot crash, classical fermentation, aging on lees in grape juice and in finished wine, low temperature macerations, etc. We are always looking for new alternatives to be able to express in our wines what our vineyards tell us.
